Based upon mutual agreement regarding the scope of services to be provided, the engagement is initiated.

HBC fees can be structured based on hourly rates or on a “project budget” basis. Ideally, HBC and the healthcare professional or practice establish an ongoing relationship. To facilitate client financial planning, a monthly “budget fee” can be established based upon the amount and complexity of services to be provided.
